The room space is big. Hotel location near the Taebaek Mountain which enables easy access to the national park. EMart 24 and restaurants within walking distance.

Such a great stay in the mountains! Temperature in the room was perfect given that it was winter, not too hot nor cold. Spacious rooms, lots of channels on TV and great shower! Could even open the windows if you wanted to ventilate the room. The compound of the hotel was huge with many different restaurants. We had dinner at the korean restaurant and brunch at the western restaurant. Both served delicious food. We will be back!

The rooms were outstanding, spacious, clean and feels luxurious, excellentpool. Th only downside are the hotel owned chain of restaurants and convenience store. The menus was underwhelming and overpriced. Will come back again but will bring our own food.

A good hotel, with a staff who is interested and supportive. Although the high rate and price, I was surprised that they don’t check the room every day of cleaning, fresh towels and emptying the bins. Also a nice bathroom, but no proper shower.

The place is too big. No facilities nearby. Boring. The price is expensive

The hotel is incredibly luxurious, and I am very satisfied with the location as well. The room condition is excellent, and since there is a restaurant, I think I will come back again next time.

The room was warm and there was no draft, but it was very windy at night. There was a constant rattling sound coming from the pipes near the wall... I don't know what I should call it. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. Four of us went, and there were only three bottles of water provided. Well, everything else wasn't bad.

It was more convenient and better than I expected.

Maybe because it hasn't been long since it opened, it was clean and the price was reasonable, so I liked it.

This is the hotel I stay at every time I go to the Taebaeksan Snow Flower Festival. First of all, the location is excellent, and the facilities are very good. The prices are reasonable even if you eat at the on-site restaurant, and delivery arrives quickly. There is a convenience store nearby, and a really delicious buckwheat noodle restaurant is just 10 minutes away. There is a dining table, and the living room is spacious, so it is great for dining with a group of people. The beds are large, and since there are two bathrooms, it is convenient to quickly wash up in the morning. After visiting Taebaeksan, using the hotel sauna with a discount is the best. Also, parking is convenient.

I booked a room for six. Five people will be staying, but since we're all strangers, we can't share a blanket. They say it's for six people, since there are two bamboo sheets and two blanket sets. But we need an extra blanket set, and they're charging us for it. It's not because I'm stingy, it's because the system is flawed. They charge for six people and then charge us for the convenience. I don't want to use it. Also, there are coupons for discounts at the hotel's stores. The hotel wants to encourage spending. I forgot to show the coupon after paying for pizza, but they said the payment wasn't accepted. I suggested I cancel and re-pay, but they said it was over once I paid. What kind of absurd system and service is this? I don't understand.

I was surprised at how clean it was. The Korean food was as delicious as I'd heard, and the campground was nice. I'd go back again next time.

The room was spacious and clean. The food at the Korean Pavilion was especially delicious. The staff were especially friendly, which made me very satisfied. The only drawback was the lack of an underground parking lot.

I was assigned a windowless room this time, so it felt stuffy.
