Birthday well spent here. Room is nice,friendly staffs, good and delicious food as well as the place is peaceful. A perfect getaway from the city chaos. My favorite part is the Facio cafe especially at night. All of the guests were chatting and neither of them was holding a phone because the place encourages conversation. I love the vibe plus the mellow music playing. The only downside is the pool, we cannot fathom if it's clean or not but the FD staff confirmed that it's clean everyday and the tiles are dark that's why it's giving different feels. Never tried to swim.Still a good place if you want to have a quiet stay. 🍃

We availed a family room good for 20 pax, there are 5 rooms in total. One of the bathrooms has worm on a shampoo bottle when a family member pumped, the other room has a centipede in the bathroom. All the rooms have a musty, aged odor, including the linens, curtains and towels are dusty.
Not worthy. As for the amenities, they only have swimming pool. The restaurant looks pleasant, but the food is too pricey for its taste and serving.
Location wise, its near Sky ranch, and its pet friendly.

The exterior view is nice because there are a lot of trees, but the room is just ok. The breakfast in the morning is decent. Looks like a great place to have a draft beer in the evening

Per the booking reservation, it was stated that we booked for 2 single beds and 1 double size bed but ended up with 2 queen beds. What is the purpose of booking a reservation in advance but ending up with the reserved room? The pool is not that clean and we were charged a service fee when we ordered coffee at Facio. The waiter is not as friendly as it seems. We will not encourage our friends to stay at this hotel.

The place is amazing. The staffs are kind and approachable. The room is so big.. We will definitely go back.. The kids enjoyed the pool though it is cold.. My family loves the place so much.. The breakfast is also good.. The place is Instagrammable

I like the resort theme of the hotel. Its location is near everything. I will come back for sure in the future.
