This hotel punches above its class when it comes to the quality of the facilities and service. Our room was spacious with complete amenities and a nice balcony to relax. Our toddler appreciated the heated pool with a dedicated space for kids. There's a huge space for parking, although it's not covered and you can access it from both sides of the building.
I wish the breakfast could have been better. I jokingly called it "carenderia food," because to be honest, that's kinda how it tasted.

Great overall stay with our family. Fantastic location with heated pool, gym, and kid's play area.
What could be improved - speed of guest room service and food taste for breakfast buffet.
Overall a wonderful experience and would be back.

Hotel was ok. Nothing is walkable so need to get a taxi. Grab taxi dues not working this city so you need to rely on staff to arrange a taxi. They will only call their “friend” do it takes ages as he needs to come from the other side of the city. Just seemed a bit suss as far as taking advantage of foreigners. Iwe left after 1 night and went 4km down the road and it Ed much better location and had a room with an incredible view of the lake for half the cost. It just don’t feel right at this hotel.
