We had a great stay here in lake hotel ta***tay. It's also our first time to travel around ta***tay. And they also grant my anniversary complimentary for my parents. One thing that I dissapointed is that our room is not spacious and there's no view at all. I was just shocked during the check-in that the room i booked is standard but i know by myself i booked a superior room. I also pick a double size bed and request to set up an extra bed if not possible for 5 pax . But there's no set up. Thanks for Ms. Camille for helping us to check in and check out however she is not friendly 😁 I can't feel that we're welcome because when she speaks she makes her face poker that's all . And Good service for Niño if I'm not mistaken for his name.he helped us during checkin and checkout and he is also doing mabuhay greetings every time he sees you around and he also offer to take us a picture 😍 good job niño for your good in service you deserve this good review lastly The view is great however it lacks cleanliness for the swimming pool area and the restaurant is boring. Would be returned again if by chance ❤️thank you!!

We came to Ta***tay for a wedding. We chose this hotel since the facilities in the description looked great. However the stay wasn’t as pleasant.
After the free cancellation date the hotel informed us that there are ongoing maintenance works and they apologise for noise. I feel that this should be informed to guests before taking their payment.
The first night there was a party in the bar next door and the noise was unbearably loud. Luckily the hotel got them to stop the loud music.
There was limited body wash and shampoo. Only two tiny bottles for two guests. The shower head looked like it hadn’t be cleaned in years. The outside the lobby of the hotel is really nice. However the rooms are very old and pictures do not reflect how the hotel actually looks.
There were also lots of mosquitos every night in the room despite having the doors and windows shut.
I would personally choose another hotel

I've been here twice now, once during the pandemic. I'm not sure if it's just me, but it seems like the hotel was more glamorous and luxurious during the pandemic. The quality of their food was better before, and the facilities were cleaner and nicer. I've come to realize that they seem to operate more effectively when there are fewer people; in short, they struggle to handle larger crowds. We came here for our latest visit for my mom's birthday, and I know I'm only an ordinary customer who requested for a complimentary birthday surprise or something. I didn't expect it to be just a birthday card with a towel arrangement, but overall, everything was good.
