The hotel is in good location but as seniors we had a hard time walking up and down the stairs since they don't have elevator to go up our room.

The best chef and front desk people helping the hotel to get high score. The bath rooms are rundown.

Great location for making errands in Tagbilaran. like the Island City Mall and close to the ferry terminal. There is a pool and restaurant w room service. Nice.

Quite far from the airport but very accessable easy to get a ride.

We have stayed there 3 different times. The first time we were in room 211 and it was very clean and the person checking us in was very friendly and helpful. The next time we stayed in room 208 and it was very clean and comfortable as well. The 3rd time we stayed there the clerk checked us into room 209 and charged us more money, saying it was a superior room. The room was dirty and black mold on the walls, especially in the bathroom. The other rooms had been updated, but room 209 had not been updated and was in need of repairs. The floors were dirty and wood broken and the toilet seat was missing. We won't stay there again. The manager could not explain to our satisfaction why they were calling this a "superior room"

Another very last minute booking. I walked in at 6pm,needing a place to stay for the night. This place is old and very very tired. I styaed here back in 2019, so I dont know how it is now. But during my stay, it was horrible. There are alot of new cheap places to stay in Tagbilaran City area now.

Hello, very noisy hotel: dogs barking most of the night, cars driving on the road in front of the hotel honking their horns. No hot water for the shower. Cleanliness that lacks rigor. Looking around the corners, they haven't seen the broom in a while Minimalist breakfast To avoid
