The location was perfect , close to the city center and attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options you can request how eggs can be cooked. There is a coffee shop when you enter the hotel . Coffee quality, customer service, all great.

The best choice if you wanna do whale shark tour in Lila or chocolate hill tour. The location can save you at least 20mins than the location around Alona Beach. The view of pool side is awesome!! The restaurant serve good good & reasonable price. You can really enjoy staying in the hotel~

The room was a bit smaller than we expected. Service was okay. Ambiance is great. 👍🏻

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel with a captivating view of the ocean. The room provided a perfect vantage point to enjoy the scenic beauty, and waking up to the sound of waves was truly rejuvenating. While the food was okay, it was the panoramic view from the room that stole the show. The soothing blue hues of the ocean created a serene atmosphere, making every meal a delightful experience. I highly recommend opting for a room with an ocean view for an extra touch of tranquility.

Perfect location for a self trip on island. The hotel has a nice small restaurant and coffee shop. Food not the best, but it is okay for island standard. Beautiful view of the sea and the island all the time. Hotel has two nice swimming pool, feels very nice at the end of the day. Hotel rooms is looks and feels old, not have hairdryer in the room, need ask for hair dryer in reception. Not a big problem, but strains a bit. In the case if hotel will renovate hotel rooms, it would be strong 4 star hotel. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Guard always help for park car and call a vehicle.

Special shoutouts to John Michael for his delicious breakfast eggs, the attentive dining area manager (forgot her name), the guy and very helpful nighttime receptionist, and the approachable security guard - The hotel's two pools were clean and inviting - the ocean view from my room was breathtaking However, there were some drawbacks. Here are my feedback: - I was disappointed to be transferred to a different room on my second night due to a "schedule conflict" without prior notice. This inconvenience could have been avoided with better communication. On the second day, I was asked to wait in the lobby while they cleaned both my current room and the one I was being moved to. I found it surprising that I had to suggest prioritizing the cleaning of the room I was moving into before cleaning my old room. I had expected the hotel staff to be aware of this plan and to organize accordingly, rather than advising me to wait in the lobby. - the difficulty in opening my room's veranda sliding door was quite frustrating. - I had to request bath towels in my first room, which was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber - The slippery shower area in my initial room raised safety concerns. This should be checked - the fluctuating wifi was forgivable since i use data connection of my phone instead - While the breakfast was enjoyable, there is room for improvement. but i love it - my toilet is not totally clean when i moved in on my first room. needed to call their attention on that Despite these shortcomings, my overall stay was pleasant, but attention to these details could enhance the experience for future guests.
