Hotel 101 - Fort Reviews

Pros: Excellent service. The staff is super friendly. Allowed me Early Check-in. Location is great. Wifi is extremely fast. Pool is good. There is microwave and refrigerator in the room. Has coffee and toiletries. Cons: The smaller bed has a "feet smell". Can't explain it but it smells unnerving. Breakfast is a huge let-down. Paid for 500 pesos but taste is below average and refills are slow. It's a managed buffet so you can't just get you food in the go; hotdogs was not replenished after they're gone. The shower is leaking in my room. I wish they would improve their breakfast buffet offering and would maintain their rooms. It's a new hotel but feels "tired". Fortunately, they have excellent service.

Rooms are as clean as Japan hotels. Manager is very nice and was kind enough to give us late check out. Swimming is covered and clean. Will come back again.

Our 2nd stay here and it still exceeds expectations. They catered our request, the rooms are clean, the staff are really helpful. Cons: even if we’re on the 12th floor (room facing the BGC side) you could still hear the cars honking because of the traffic. Some neighbor guests gets really loud sometimes when passing by. There’s also one room that maybe forgot to fully close their door so we could still hear them laughing like a witch. It’s the cheapest hotel around bgc so we’ll definitely still book again

The place is neat and I love that it has a sink wherein we can easily wash the fruits that we bought for the kids and the plates that we need. It is accessible to the nearby malls and such a nice place to stay at. The ameneties as well as the toiletries provided were also good. They even provided a sewing kit (which is a 1st for me) just in case there is a dress emergency.

Our kids enjoyed the hotel and it’s facilities! The location is very convenient too. Thanks!

First time here and I must say I want to go back & I miss the place already! Convenient location, 5 minutes walk nasa sm aura bgc ka na. May 7/11 pa sa baba kaya enjoy and nakabili ng snacks. Super like the ambience, staff, & elevator! Cleanliness is good also, lahat maayos & looks kinda new. I also love the view, smart tv and small kitchen sa room. Siguro the only thing they must improve is the lighting sa cr, there was only one kaya it seems dark & the bottles of shampoo, soap doesn’t have refills. Looking forward to be back!!!

Fantastic location and superb customer service. Walking distance ro SM Aura and Market Market. We really enjoyed our stay in this great hotel and will definitely book again next time. Two thumbs up!

Hotel room was well furnished and quite roomy. Toiletries and toothbrush sets were also provided. Its central location close to BGC makes it easy to commute around the area as well. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience staying here.

Location of the hotel is good. Room is clean. But the management is inconsiderate, hotel staff are not friendly.
