Courteous staff. Location trendy with walkable good restaurants and connected to a mall. Fixtures are old, no hot water, few shower tiles unglued. Terrace was used as storages. Visible crawling pest. Very disappointed as it was advertised as 5 star accommodation.

Home away from Home. Stayed here for a business trip. The room is clean and has a partial view of Venice Grand Canal Mall as my room is on the 30th Floor and has a balcony. I arrived late and MaxStays staff communicated with me about the passcode and check-in process. The on-duty building receptionist checked my ID to verify me as MaxStays secured my entry permit with them. It feels safe. Also, security is 24hrs and this place is just walking distance of the mall, restaurants, convenience stores, ATM Machines, Banks, and the Philippine Army HQ. I will stay here again.
