Very satisfied with the stay! I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience! First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping places around, and it is also convenient to travel. The room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bed was very comfortable, which made me fully rested. Self check-in with the code was very convenient, and the hotel's gym and swimming pool were also well maintained, which was a good place for me to relax. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. Gem of a place to stay

I thought it was a hotel, so I made a reservation. I showed the reservation details to the front desk staff, and they wrote down the room number. I opened the email from the hostel and told them to check in, so I went to room 35i that they guided me to, entered the password, and tried to check in, but the door wouldn't open. Isn't the PIN number the door lock password? So I went back to the front desk and asked them to connect me to the owner, but they said that the owner is Chinese and that the contact is usually very slow. So I waited for 3 hours, checked the customer center number on the Trip website, and called, but they said it wasn't Trip. I gave up and went to another place to meet the guests. I couldn't check in and it was a non-refundable product, so it was very embarrassing. It could be because I didn't know much, but I think it would have been nice if I had just been able to contact the owner. It was a waste of time and very inconvenient, not to mention money. Uptown Residence 35i... It's a place where I paid but didn't use it and just lost time...
