The room was okay, but this is not a hotel, At first the tower where I needed to check in was not indicated on the email that was sent to me. There are no details about the tower, which is why I was not able to check in as soon as I arrived at the place. The room was nice but when I checked the room, there was a cockroach and then there was some dust and pieces of hair on the floor. This is a sad experience. I was so tired that day, I just had to deal with what's in the room and clean it on my own. :(

The reception service is extremely poor. No one answered the reserved phone more than ten times within half an hour. There is no clear room address, and the front desk does not know how to receive and contact. This seriously wastes customer time and affects mood. Such a poor apar**ent will affect Ctrip's reputation!

The property was near the BGC Greenway where I was able to walk everyday I was there. It was like walking in the forest because of the plants and the trees. It's near shopping centers.

The apar**ent is not too bad aesthically. The problem is there are too many cockroaches. Spraying with baygon is not sufficient. Professional pest control trea**ent is absolutely necessary as there were 5 cockroaches in less than 24 hours. 2 in the kitchen and 3 in the loft area including the bedroom.
Had to cancel and leave asap.

TV wasn’t working. Cockroaches in the bathroom and cupboards. Stairs doesn’t have railings. Only good thing is it’s near the airport.
