We visited on a family trip before Golden Week. It was our first hot spring trip with our 1.5 year old child, and all the staff were very nice, so we felt that this was an inn with wonderful people. Overall hotel is decent but slightly rundown. Close to the theme park. Entry ticket is expensive and only allow access to go into half of the park (and blocked before the bridge. As a suite, it feels a little unsatisfactory, such as the layout of the room, the feeling of relaxation without turning down, but the cospa such as amenities and comfortable bathrooms is the best. The club floor is calm and attracted to the books you own. If possible, the club floor is not wide open but only partial, and it is the best if there are many kinds of cocktail time eating and drinking. Breakfast is not a Viking, but I would like to enjoy a relaxing time to eat firmly.

This hotel provides all the basics you need. It’s close to Toyohashi station, it’s clean, and it seems well run with friendly-enough staff (difficult for me to judge as I was only there for one night). Of course, it’s not a luxury hotel so most things are simple, the breakfast has limited choice, and the rooms are a tad small, but overall I had no big complaints and it suited me fine. The one annoying thing was that they make you choose a 25-minute window in which to eat breakfast. They make you do this the day before. I guess it’s because space in their breakfast area is an issue, but it’s annoying because it doesn’t grant you any flexibility. If you want to sleep in, or go out early, it’s difficult because you have your specific breakfast window. Aside from that small grumble, I’d recommend this hotel to those who just want to be in the right location in Toyohashi, and are not after a 5-star experience. It’s probably not for families either.
