幸好卧室有空調，要不都凍死了！熱水器裏水温45℃，洗個澡先燒水！等半天，才沖上澡！本來兩個卧室，另個卧室還把門鎖上了，然後屋裡燈還沒關，整的挺嚇人的！總感覺那屋有人是的！一次性拖鞋衹有一雙！體驗感不太好！

民宿屬於居民樓的一部分，是多層居民樓改建的民宿（低樓層是民宿），無電梯。居民樓外有停車位，先到先得。整體環境尚可，室內整潔衞生，寬敞明亮，有空調和熱水壺，茶具等，陽台有晾衣架，廁所有電熱水淋浴。前台在小區入口進來不遠的警務站內。

旅館是林業局屬下的，由職工們管理。衞生做得很好，設施很新，看不出已經開業5年。
不提供餐飲，1公裡外的昌盛街上有各種餐廳和超市，我們吃晚飯後順便在超市採購第二天的早餐。
十八站附近的呼瑪河國家濕地公園不收門票，風景如畫，強烈推薦，導航“創業村”即可。

位置挺好，綠化很多，有空調，空間比較大，東西也挺多，馬桶外漏水，浴室下水有頭髮堵住，我們自己清理的。需要按金和查房。和居民區在一起，晚上挺安靜，早上七點多對面開始裝修砸牆打沖擊鑽。
