1.房間和廁所都很臟，廁所就在房間旁邊，房間有異味 2. 服務人員的態度也很差，早上看日出公共廁所排隊人太多，正好旁邊客房的人已經退房了，大家就開始用客房的衞生間。輪到我時，來了一位賓館工作人員，不讓用衞生間就算了，竟然還直接暴力推倒客户！！！！住酒店這麼多年第一次被這麼粗魯對待 3.酒店負責人也態度差，她來道歉了，但是語氣是“我都跟你道歉了，你還想怎樣”，完全沒有負責人該解決問題的水平 4.最後，服務員沒有道歉、酒店負責人也是態度很高傲、也沒有任何補償。
結論：泰山頂上很多住宿，大家避雷這家吧，一次非常不愉快的入住體驗

住的八人間，上下鋪，房間一共有兩個插座，有空調和抽風機，臨時待一晚上湊合一下還可以，房間的隔音效果不好，樓道有人説話是能聽到的，如果房間其他人打呼很吵的話，是很難休息好的

房間陰暗潮濕被子發黴的，窗户對着公共廁，公廁洗手間的風機聲音響不停，房間門正對着廁所開門就是臭味。
倉庫都沒這麼惡劣的環境更別提住人了，這種就是根本不把客人當人，坑進一個算一個。如果要住強烈建議租大衣睡外頭露天。

首先房間位置特別好，老闆娘人也熱心有問必答，還可以租軍大衣，早上五點多敲門提前看日出，我們早上看🌄十幾分鍾就到了，方便級了，五星好評👍👍

條件比較艱苦，老闆還會把過道賣給其他遊客睡，晚上上廁所都很難通過，廁所水可以説是用滴的，床稍微動下就嘎吱嘎吱響，雖然説是在山上，但也是我遇到過最差的山上旅社

房間環境很差！設施設備更不用説了，相當的差！都不如農民工住的二三十元錢的小旅館！花了5百多塊錢，竟然穿着衣服睡了一宿！可想而知被褥何等之臟！床也是咯吱咯吱的響！進屋找不到燈的電源開關，衞生間的洗手盆，蹲便器簡直了看不下眼，有熱水器，可是洗不了澡！私接亂搭的管線讓人看了有危險！跟泰山的美景天壤之別！質價嚴重不符！！👎
