前台工作人員非常熱心並且貼心，👍點贊。
差評是給日出帶隊人的，大家來住酒店都是為了第二天看日出方便，帶隊看日出前會問你是不是多花錢拍照。你肯多花錢，就帶你去他們自己拿鐵架子圍起來的平台看日出。如果不肯，就不管你，哪怕你住酒店也不能讓你去這裏看日出。玉皇頂不是你的私人財產，你這麼圍合理嗎？我會問問泰安管委的。一大早的看到日出本來是很開心的事，但是因為這個領隊真的覺得很晦氣。

環境不錯，但服務很差。就衝著會有專屬帶看日出不用擠才定的這家，看了評論説是都有叫早帶看日出，就沒再叮囑前台。結果四點醒了等着一直沒有人叫去一起看日出，最後自己出來問大廳保安，説帶看日出的已經走了😡， 最後衹好自己倉促找地方看日出，到處人擠人。回來問前台，前台還堅持説都會挨個敲門叫早看日出，最後才不情不願的説：可能漏掉了，不好意思。保安、服務員都很冷漠，無服務可言

位置沒的説，去哪都方便。因為第一個到達，所以可以隨意選位置。雖説是地鋪，但比所謂的床位房通風要好很多。個人建議帶個耳塞，因為遇見哼哈二將衹能欲哭無淚

住過這麼多景區酒店，這是體驗感最差的一次，第一次聽説酒店裡沒有抽紙，水還需要付費～600 多的酒店和 1500 的酒店，啥也不差，房型大小都一樣…重點是，馬桶座圈上有痰，到處都是衞生死角🥹🥹🥹避雷吧。第一次給一家酒店差評
