What a wonderful stay. Great service and amenities. Staff were so helpful to get to Tai mountain. The location was perfect as it was situated beside a big shopping centre that had a wide variety of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Mount Tai.

Very pleasant experience Facilities: First of all, the hotel's facilities are very complete. The only regret is that the swimming pool is not built for the time being. The gym is relatively large. The rowing machine elliptical treadmill is very complete. There is water towel supply next to it. Hygienic: Hygiene is quite clean, the room is quite big, the layout is not cramped at all, the bathroom is very clean from dry and wet Environment: The hotel is not far from Mount Tai, the view is good, there is Wanda and Golden Street next to it, you can walk there. Service: The most pleasant surprise is the service. Hesitation is that we are on the high-speed rail to Tai'an at night. We received a call from the hotel in the afternoon. Xiao Li and Xiao Zhao at the front desk called to ask if we have any requirements for the price. Do we need high floors away from the elevator? This is very detailed and really pleasantly surprised. We also asked about climbing Mount Tai. Xiao Zhao and Xiao Li were very patient to answer for us. They also took the initiative to provide climbing poles and warm sticks for climbing Mount Tai. The service is very warm. If you come back next time, you will definitely choose this hotel.

Facilities: It is a newly opened hotel with relatively new overall facilities. The hair dryer in the room is a bit surprising, it is from Dyson. Parking is also quite convenient. Environment: The decoration style is relatively romantic. It is suitable for couples to stay in Taishan. It is very emotional. The room is also relatively large. There is Wanda Plaza nearby which is more convenient for eating. Hygiene: Overall quite satisfactory, no flaws. Service: The front desk service is quite enthusiastic. Miss Xiaotong even upgraded the room that day. The breakfast category is okay. I prefer fried noodles. It tastes the best among all the breakfasts I have eaten.

The hotel has rich smart hardware facilities and an excellent environment. The non-adjustable setting of the shower head angle is very strange. However, even though all the external conditions are met, the only thing that fails to play well is the service staff of all departments except the manager. The hotel’s positioning is The place is not considered economical and the security service attitude is poor and extremely unprofessional. Due to the problem of water seeping out of the bathroom in the original room, the front desk actually said that the guest's shower water was turned on too much? The hotel's underground parking lot only supports access to the hotel lobby building. The above-ground parking lot is far away. The security guard actually refused to let me park until I checked in, moved my luggage, changed my room, and after I checked out, the front desk actually called me twice to confirm that there was enough space for a bath towel. It’s outrageous. In short, after the hotel meets the hardware facilities and environment, it still needs to put a lot of effort into employee training.

Special thanks to the front desk manager and the front desk girl who were on night shift duty on the 16th of May. I was complaining about the air conditiin was not cool. The manage came to check. Then the front desk lady called me the first time to check me out. They offered me a change of room, which I did. Then she called me again to check me out when I moved to the second room. I respect the dedication.. Professionalism to the highest quality. Yes. The second still not cool enough for my standard... Pls do something about it. Location is great, breakfast is above average. The hotel near Mount Tai is generally very satisfied. It took a long time to stay at the hotel during special periods. Xiaobu at the front desk was very serious and enthusiastic, and even gave small gifts to the children🎁, thank you again! The breakfast is also very rich, Li Ying and Zheng from the restaurant Lihua and Cheng Lanping are very enthusiastic, and even gave the children yogurt! The hotel is located near Nantianmen, and you can see the beautiful sunset from the Taohuayuan cableway at the door. The main building may have been painted recently and there was a faint paint smell in the hallway. There is no central air conditioning in the room, but there is an electric heater available. The bedding is okay and looks tidy. Bathing is not possible in the Taishan Scenic Area during the dry season. I already knew this when I made the reservation. Many people may still mind this. The store clerk reminded me repeatedly when calling in advance and when checking in. I just didn’t realize at the time that the flush toilet wouldn’t work either. I had to use a ladle to scoop up the water from the bucket next to me. The key is that there wasn’t much water in the bucket. What would I do if it ran out... The mountains are high and the roads are far away, and transportation is inconvenient. Thank you for your support. Understand it. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can order food. The price is a little more expensive than down the mountain, and there are not so many choices. But if you want to buy instant noodles with mineral water on the mountain, the price is doubled. It is good to have food and drink, and you also need a bicycle. The hotel has its own tour guide. It gathers at 5:40 in the morning and leaves at 5:50 to watch the sunrise at a niche place. The wind is strong in the morning and the temperature is low. It is recommended that everyone wear more clothes, hats and scarves. The hotel also has military coats. Available for rent. There are not too many people crowded together in the place where you can watch the sunrise, so it is very convenient to take pictures. We were lucky enough to have good weather conditions that day and saw the sunrise.

My overall experience at Ramada Plaza, Tai'an, was good. The room was comfortable, but the mountain view was limited, offering only a slight glimpse. Unfortunately, the balcony was locked and inaccessible during our stay. Nevertheless, the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
