Booked into a family room and was surprised by the bath tub in the middle of the room. The elevator does not go to the family room in the top floor, besides that all is good. The reception manager was very helpful and friendly. Really close to the high-speed train station which makes catching our train a breeze.

I was traveling with my children during the summer vacation. I didn't originally book a family room. After I arrived, the two front desk girls Qiangwei and Banxia saw that I was taking my children with me and upgraded the room. They also gave me an extra meal coupon, which felt very warm. The room is great, with complete facilities, good lighting, large area, clean and hygienic! It also feels good to climb Mount Tai and visit Dai Temple. Tai’an is a great place and it’s a worthwhile trip!

I forgot to take a photo, so I will use the photo on Mount Tai instead. The hotel is good, and you can borrow mountain climbing poles for free. There is a snack street supermarket next to it. Although it is far away from Mount Tai and the bathroom is small, the room is overall very good, and the service attitude of the staff is also good. Very good, very enthusiastic, give them a thumbs up!

The room is clean, the bed is big, smart home, the room has been upgraded, you can see Mount Tai from a distance, the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, and the commercial street is downstairs! highly recommended! I have personal suggestions for improvement: 1. Toiletries are recommended to be replaced with disposable small packages. Large bottles of shampoo and body wash are not reassuring. 2. The top shower is a bit blocked and the water volume is small. It is recommended to clear it. The handheld shower has a large water volume, but I never use it. No need, everyone knows it! Very satisfied and will consider staying here next time!

This time I chose this hotel for the exam. The little Zhao girl at the front desk smiled and spoke bluntly. I knew that we were for the exam. I specially arranged a quiet room. The room decoration style is unique. The window is large. The hotel has rich smart hardware facilities and an excellent environment. The non-adjustable setting of the shower head angle is very strange. However, even though all the external conditions are met, the only thing that fails to play well is the service staff of all departments except the manager. The hotel’s positioning is The place is not considered economical and the security service attitude is poor and extremely unprofessional. Due to the problem of water seeping out of the bathroom in the original room, the front desk actually said that the guest's shower water was turned on too much? The hotel's underground parking lot only supports access to the hotel lobby building. The above-ground parking lot is far away. The security guard actually refused to let me park until I checked in, moved my luggage, changed my room, and after I checked out, the front desk actually called me twice to confirm that there was enough space for a bath towel. It’s outrageous. In short, after the hotel meets the hardware facilities and environment, it still needs to put a lot of effort into employee training.

The hotel is on the west side of Great Wall Road in the high-tech zone, and it is a rare and better hotel in the high-tech zone. The breakfast is very rich, there are a variety of Tai'an local snacks, each one can not be eaten. The room is separated from wet and dry, and there is a large bathtub. People who like to take a bath are a boon. I live on a higher floor and the water is a bit small. The hotel waiter is very good, which is worthy of praise in the north. Guests can be invited directly at the hotel, and the food tastes very good.

It's a bit bad to go from one end to the other. 🍃 Environment: The room is relatively large, the facilities are very complete, and it can meet the four-star standard completely, much better than expected. Disposable sealed towels, electric curtains, intelligent flushing toilet lids, functionality is completely normal to use no problems, the experience is very good! Overall, the price is high, if there are more types of breakfast, it will be better!

Special thanks to the front desk manager and the front desk girl who were on night shift duty on the 16th of May. I was complaining about the air conditiin was not cool. The manage came to check. Then the front desk lady called me the first time to check me out. They offered me a change of room, which I did. Then she called me again to check me out when I moved to the second room. I respect the dedication.. Professionalism to the highest quality. Yes. The second still not cool enough for my standard... Pls do something about it. Location is great, breakfast is above average.
