環境:處於綠色植物的包圍之中，步入酒店像是進入了生態公園裡。新鮮的空氣，鳥語花香。孩子們很喜歡沙灘，在樹上摘果子。歡樂的笑聲沒有停過。服務:進入前台，接待幫我門升級了客房，還為我們帶路去客房和餐廳，主動為我們預訂了餐廳座位。由於身處植物園，房間內少不了蚊蟲，服務員幫忙提前開啟了空調去除了蚊蟲，這樣的體驗讓我們深有感觸，這度假村有着五星級酒店的服務！Nice.衞生:裝修有些老舊，但是整體的衞生還算可以。房間有安全鎖讓我們非常放心.早餐:種類不少，都是非常樸實的食物。麪條，包子，炒飯，蔬菜，沙拉，水果一應俱全！物有所值。特色:門口的兩衹孔雀深深吸引了孩子的眼鏡而久久不願離開。湖上的荷花，荷葉讓人感歎❗清風拂來，讓炎炎夏日清涼舒爽！煩悶一掃而光。帶着長者孩子來這裏度假，真是物有所值，超級體驗讓家人流連忘返！值得擁有。

預訂的丹桂樓，到了酒店後給我們免費升級成了桂苑樓。房間比丹桂樓大一些。總體的入住感受很好。服務枱知道我們是帶孩子一起來的，早早地將空調幫忙開啟了。進入房間裏面的感覺給我們從熱烘烘的外面形成了很長舒服的感覺！感謝前台細心的照顧！非常滿意。房間裝修並非新裝但很整潔乾淨，沒有異味。孩子們很喜歡這種感覺！我們也很滿意！五星好評五星感受！

酒店目前在裝修中，環境比較亂，蚊蟲超多，一系列的服務跟不上，衹有前台接待的兩位小姐姐還是不錯的，別的管理人員就不想提了，雖然環境不行，但餐廳服務員給酒店加分不少，服務態度很好，廚師長菜做的好吃，乾淨，這是此次出行唯一讓我滿意的。梅花鹿非常可愛，和人很親暱！

位置非常清幽，聽説老闆是從浦東迪士尼樂園動遷過來的，花數千萬元把很多古樹也移栽了過來，場地大環境幽靜。

Good location for couples who would like a quiet weekend away with views of natural scenery. The staff were all helpful and very friendly. The manager speaks English well and was very welcoming.
I would recommend bringing your own self catering, there is not alot nearby to buy. There is a fridge etc to be able to self cater.

It is really suitable for the elderly group. It is not suitable for old people and parent-child groups. It is only suitable for elderly mahjong and KTV. The meals can also be decorated. It is too old. Double rooms are better than quadruple rooms. Anyway, the four-person room connected together is too old-fashioned
