The room was spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff provided great service. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of variety. There are many restaurants nearby, and Wanda Plaza is only about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, they have an indoor swimming pool, which is a real bonus!

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Taicang was excellent. It's right next to the Wanda shopping district, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk service was attentive and efficient. My room was spacious and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding and a well-designed bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, and the made-to-order noodle station was exceptional. The heated swimming pool and gym facilities were complete. Parking was free and easy. This hotel offers incredible value for money for business trips and is definitely my top choice when visiting Taicang.

Taicang is a great place to live, and this hotel is conveniently located on a main road, within walking distance of Wanda Plaza. The service was excellent, but the breakfast could use some improvement to make it perfect.

I booked this hotel the day after the May Day holiday, so it wasn't crowded, the price was good, and parking was convenient. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even upgraded my room. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped.

Honestly, the hotel service felt poorly trained, especially compared to other five-star hotels. The difference was significant. In the breakfast restaurant, at 9:30 AM, we were told quite bluntly that breakfast was almost over, which was uncomfortable. We rushed through our meal, and when they closed up at 10 AM, there was no warm reminder like you'd get at other five-star hotels, suggesting we could grab more food if we wanted. This process was completely missing, yet other five-star hotels always do this. It really felt like the service training was inadequate! The customer experience was poor, and I won't be booking again! Also, the room had a musty smell, as if no one had stayed there in ages! My husband developed a lot of rashes on his face overnight. The next day, at checkout, they only seemed interested in getting a good review and asked how our stay was. I said 'average,' and then they just went silent. It felt like they only wanted positive feedback and had no interest in asking why it was just 'average' or what we were unhappy with, showing no desire for improvement. I won't stay here again. And the underground parking was a mess.
