Me and my colleagues stayed in this hotel many times and we also have another colleague that lives here. Nice Restaurants are around and you are fast everywhere. The hotel is always clean and the service is great. The food is excellent.

We booked a ski trip to the Alps on the 16th very early, and then went to check in at the hotel, but we ran into Bebejia! We had to drive out of Shanghai early on the 16th, but when we got to the ski resort, we found out that it was closed for one day because of the typhoon. We had no choice but to go to the hotel first. The three ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic. When they learned that we had nowhere to go with our children, they let us check in early and upgraded the room. Thank you very much! ! The hotel is in a good location, convenient to go everywhere, and parking is free! There is also a swimming pool with good water quality, and the children had a lot of fun. A very satisfying trip. I will come again next time I come to Taicang.

The breakfast doesn't have many varieties. It's also possible that we got up late at 9 o'clock to have breakfast. Room: I was upgraded to the 8th floor near the lake view. No deposit was charged. The room is still quite large. The toilet seat is not flat, and the water in the washbasin can't be turned on high. It will splash out when it is turned on high. These are all minor problems. Facilities: The hotel has a swimming pool and a small children's playground on the first floor. The safety measures in the children's playground are not good. There is a layer under the slide. I heard from the kid that two nails came out and a boy cut his hand, and then the children were called out by their parents. My child went back to the room to take a shower, and later found that both knees were cut and bleeding. Fortunately, it was not serious, otherwise the room fee would not be enough to compensate me.
