Decent, clean but rather tiny room. The service staff were friendly and accommodating. Quite a good location that is otherwise hampered by the rather poor public transportation in Taichung. I could be asking for too much coming from Singapore. Overall, it was a pleasant 5 nights stay at CityInn hotel.

Great stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the facilities were well maintained. Amenities were decent and everything worked as expected. Good value for the price and I had a pleasant experience during my stay. Would consider staying here again in the future.

Hotel room is small but overall the facilities in the hotel room are decent. The hotel receptionists are helpful and the hotel room is clean. Location wise is near to Taichung train station, but not so favorable for me as it’s not near to the high speed rail station or any other tourist spots except Miyahara ice cream. Breakfast can also be improved further.

Location is good and offer free laundromat and detergent which is very convenient for travellers. Clean and quiet room. Overall one of the better stay I've had in tai chung.

This was my 3rd time staying here. Very near to railway station & foodcourt nearby. Room is clean but quite small & limited space if you have larger luggage. However, the breakfast is delicious & it's healthier choice during our stay this round. The service staff is very polite & courteous at all time. The reception staff even have the record which I stayed before. There is also a waiting area with seats & table for guests with relaxing music being played. A small area for younger kids too. A good choice for hotel accommodation if you plan to visit Taichung.

Overall, a great experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient with plenty of food options nearby. The breakfast was also excellent!

Great hotel location very near the station. Very easy to travel around taichung. Hotel is very clean although it's not very big but it has washing machine and dryer free to use.

The hotel lobby isn't big, but the service is warm and helpful. The room itself is small, but very clean. It's located near Taichung Railway Station, with plenty of restaurants around. Miyahara Eye Clinic is not far, and there are also malls and a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.
