The staff were very friendly, the area was clean and tidy, the breakfast was varied and you could choose your own, and the coffee beans were also good and delicious! The room was also cleaned impeccably, looking like it had just been checked in!

Because it's located deep in the mountains, it does take time to get there by bus, but it's absolutely worth it. The restaurant staff are incredibly attentive! Dinner and breakfast are also delicious. But the hot springs are the real highlight! I highly recommend everyone try them!

Overall, the staff didn't seem to be professionally trained hotel staff; they were all long-term employees. For the price, one would expect better service and professionalism. The bathroom fixtures were cheap Caesar brand; at least TOTO would have been better... but at least they should have been newer. The hotel's fixtures were even from thirty years ago. Besides this, there aren't many better hotels under 10,000 yuan in Guguan. It's truly disheartening to see tourism decline like this.

Okay, the renovation is very new, the in-room hot spring bathtub is also very nice, and it's very clean. The decor is Japanese style, and the breakfast is ********* style. The surrounding environment is also very nice, definitely worth coming back!

The room was a bit small, the layout was odd, and the facilities were rather basic, not up to the standards of a star-rated hotel. The breakfast selection was limited and simple; there wasn't much to eat. For the price, it wasn't great value. The onsen pool in the room was decent. However, compared to nearby hotels, it was acceptable, but the price was relatively high.

The service staff are friendly and enthusiastic! The facilities inside the museum are comfortable and clean. There are five soups (Beauty Soup...Prairie Soup...Coffee Soup...) in the Dazhong Pool for you to choose from, with different temperatures! For me, it’s a customized bath! There is no peculiar smell in the room. Even though I have allergies, I don't feel itchy or sneeze. The overall accommodation quality is very good. I look forward to experiencing it again next time.
