This was my second stay here. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, and having breakfast included was a nice touch. Parking is available at a contracted lot about 150 meters away. This time I stayed in a room with a single bed, and I was a little disappointed that the toilet didn't have a bidet. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Poor cleanliness and old infrastructure. Possible old building with new renovation ( wall papers and exterior) . 10min walk from Taichung Train station. Understandable that this is an old area, however, could accept the basic cleanliness and hygiene maintenance by the hotel. Booked 6 nights, extra 1 night before arrival, because of late (17:00) check in time. Checked out after 2nd night to change to another place. No refund. 1st room shower head shown in picture 1&2. Requested to change room. Pic 3 onwards is what I get. I guess pictures explains it all. Avoid.

The soundproofing was quite poor; I could hear people talking outside until 3 or 4 AM, as well as footsteps from upstairs or next door, and the sound of someone showering and running water in the adjacent room, which was a bit noisy. I didn't sleep very well all night.
The room they originally gave me hadn't been cleaned or tidied yet, which was a bit shocking. So, after informing housekeeping and the front desk, I was moved to a new room.
The breakfast had a good variety of choices, but the music in the restaurant was super loud, making it impossible to enjoy a quiet meal in the morning.
On the plus side, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the overall environment was excellent.

Great location- not too far from the Taichung local railway station. Walk about 15 to 20 mins from the train station. Convenient bus stop just 20m away to take to Lukang Old Street.
Very comfortable beds and spacious room.
Highly recommended for a good stay and convenient transport.

The service is consistently excellent with every stay. All the staff, including the assistant managers, are incredibly welcoming and provide truly attentive service. I'm genuinely thankful for everyone's assistance. Moreover, the hotel's location is absolutely ideal; it's so convenient for getting around. I am extremely satisfied!

The room was comfortable and had plenty of power outlets. The location is very convenient, right at the intersection of Jiguang Shopping Street, and it's only about a 5-minute walk from the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly. The only minor issue is that the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear neighbors loudly opening and closing their wardrobe doors.

Didn't have high expectations, but it completely exceeded them! The quadruple room was bigger than I imagined. We had three adults and three large suitcases, and it felt like just the right amount of space. It came with a fridge and a wet/dry separated bathroom. The bed was a bit snug for two adults to really sprawl out, but we managed to fit. The front desk staff were really nice and always greeted us. The hotel also has its own coin-operated washer and dryer, both costing 50 NTD per load. It's about a 10-minute walk to Taichung Train Station.
