Regarding hygiene, the floor was quite clean, but the bed was a little dirty, and there was a spot on the comforter that looked like it had been burned by a cigarette butt. Otherwise, it was fine.
The location is very close to Fengjia, less than a 10-minute walk, but it's tucked away in a small alley, so driving there might be a problem.

Very small no frills apartment!
Very small no frills apartment. No fitted sheet for the bed so the sheets always need to be adjusted. Front office was accommodating for requests. Would not stay here again!
