Booked a deluxe room with bath tub on 3Apr23. Absolutely satisfied with their customer service, no idea why the star rating is only 3.5. I was kinda skeptical at first, to my surprised the room was spacious and clean, staff even went the extra mile to help a clueless tourist like me.
Highly recommended. I will definitely come back.
