The play area was a good play for the children but the staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. Not even slippers were provided and the room had a musty smell. The breakfast had a lot of options but only the ice cream was up to standard to be honest.

Stayed for 2 nights. The cleanliness, kid-friendly facilities, breakfast, and staff were all great, and parking was available. The only minor drawback was that the room didn't come with tea bags, and my husband always enjoys a cup of tea before bed, and I forgot to bring our own. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Taichung in the future.

The worst part was the terrible soundproofing; I couldn't sleep at all because of the loud noise whenever the next-door room used water. Great hotel that is family friendly. Hotel buffet offers a good spread. The indoor playground at the hotel is huge and always well sanitized. Amazing kids haven. The flexibility for breakfast to be taken after check out is well appreciated and thoughtful

Pretty average for the price compared to what we paid in other ********* cities. Room smelt a bit and it felt dirty not having slippers to wear on the carpet which didn’t look clean.
Bathroom was good. Few room amenities but the main reason people come is for the breakfast I think. It has a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. Quality isn’t amazing but you should find something you like. The staff at the breakfast place aren’t very friendly but I guess they running a tight ship with so many people.
Breakfast also runs to 1pm which is good. 2 hr limit but you can check out at 11am and the go eat.
