The kids loved the game room, and there were storybooks too! The bikes downstairs were very convenient. The bathtub was huge, and a bath felt so good. We stayed for three days and really enjoyed it. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

The shuttle driver was incredibly helpful! Knowing it was our first time visiting Fengjia Night Market, he even got out of the bus after dropping us off to show us the best way to explore it. It was such a thoughtful gesture! 🥰 The hotel's breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, highly recommend! 👍 Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. We had a wonderful stay! 🥳

Our family of four stayed at the Taichung Cloud Hotel and Resort, and while we were initially looking forward to it, our actual experience left us a bit disappointed. During check-in, the front desk first assigned us a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. We had to rush back to the lobby to get a different one. The whole process felt a bit chaotic, and their standard operating procedures definitely need improvement. The replacement room still had noticeable yellow stains and what looked like bloodstains on the bedsheets. We even found small bugs, which for a family traveling with children, made the hygiene feel quite unsatisfactory. Additionally, the front desk staff was sometimes difficult to find, so the overall service experience didn't live up to what we'd expect for the price point. Perhaps some guests wouldn't mind these issues, but based on our stay, there's a disconnect between the price and the actual experience. Therefore, I personally wouldn't recommend it.

It was a very pleasant experience. The room is incredibly spacious and stylishly decorated. The enormous Jacuzzi with colored mood lighting, offering a view over the city, was truly special. The bed was comfortable, and there was also a seating area with a sofa. A large desk with connections for a laptop and charging options for phones is convenient for those who need it. The bathroom itself is very large. The hotel appears well-maintained. The parking garage was a big plus. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that the room didn't smell very fresh. It was as if someone had smoked in it, despite it being a non-smoking room. But thankfully, it wasn't too intense.

Our family always makes it a habit to find a hotel near Fengjia Night Market when we visit, and we've been doing it for years. This was our first time staying at this particular hotel, and we booked a quad room. The room was incredibly spacious, and parking was convenient. Since we checked in on a Saturday, we could have reserved the shuttle bus to Fengjia for 30 NTD per person. However, we decided to challenge ourselves to walk there and back. It was a bit of a trek, about 10-15 minutes one way, which was a little far but not unbearable. The breakfast was a buffet, and I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and vegetable juice machine – that was super fun! Overall, I'd definitely consider staying here again. The only downside was... by the time we wanted a late-night snack, we were already too full from the night market food, so we just went downstairs for a bubble tea and headed back to the room!

The parking lot is super convenient, and the parking spaces are really big. The room and the bathroom in the room are both huge. Having simple late-night snacks and breakfast included is incredibly convenient and delicious. Plus, with a 12 PM checkout, you can sleep in a bit, which is perfect for anyone who doesn't want to get up too early when they're on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at ICloud Luxury Resort& Hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The best part is the spa bath tub. Although the tv in the front of spa bath tub didn’t work but we can watch the TV in the bedroom. The buffet style breakfast is included in the booking and there are so many options. They even have a juicer for making your own juice! They have plenty of parking spaces in the basement and also two electric car charging station. As of the food options around, there’s a family mart right next to the hotel. Fengchia Night Market is 20 minutes walk away.

Stayed for one night and woke up to find small pebbles coming out of the bathroom faucet. I reported it to the front desk, and they sent a housekeeper to empty our water. Then, they brought three new glasses, claiming there were no pebbles this time. It made us feel like they thought we had gone out, found sand, and put it in the water just to con them. The housekeeper then explained that she couldn't see clearly earlier because of the reflection in the cup. So, if you stay here, maybe check your water for sand with a cup first! Seriously, the soundproofing is also really bad! You can clearly hear arguments next door, kids running upstairs, people chatting outside the door, and even people being intimate next door! Think twice before booking.

Very family-friendly and pet-friendly! They even offer a late-night snack, and the breakfast is fantastic too, with freshly squeezed juices. It's not far from Fengjia Night Market, so I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Taichung!

My stay this time was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The location is convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. Overall, I had a great experience and would consider staying here again.

The room was very unique and comfortable. The only amenities missing was laundry service, otherwise everything else was fantastic.
