Goood hotel clean and good location

Room was very spacious and clean. Wifi is strong. Breakfast was nicely setup with quite a variety of options. Arabic coffee with dates as well as infused lemon water provided at lobby. Hotel is conveniently located. There is a mall few mins away and lots of shops few mins walk away. The old town and Ibnu Abbas mosque is around 20 to 30 mins walk away. Everything was great but I wished the staffs could be more helpful. We inquired on the cable car. The staff on duty just gave us a flat "no, don't know" and that's it. No trying to get the information for us or checking it out for us. Also, after checking out and collecting our luggages, we requested the staff on duty to arrange cab or transport to airport. The staff on duty, just told us, " sorry, you have to get a cab yourself. We don't arrange for you. You can walk to the main road or mall and hail a cab. I asked the staff to book any car as I do not have any app to book but the staff still give a flat no and insisted we walk out to hail a cab ourselves. We walk all the way to the Mall and frantically looking for cab as we were running late to catch our flight. It took some time and we finally managed to get a car to drive us back to the hotel to get our luggages and then drive us to the airport in time for our flight. In all my travels, never had I encountered a hotel who asked the guest to find a cab themselves. All hotels so far were able to either book a taxi or arrange a private car for us. If the hotel can train the staffs to be more service oriented, it would be great

The property is nice with large clean well-kept furniture. Good AC and large bathroom. No TV in bedroom, only in the sitting area. Has own free parking that is very clean and in the building. Nice helpful friendly staff.

Very nice and clean and very good location , staff is cooperative , rooms are large and new , they provide everything on a hotel standard, will definitely recommend it to others , Probably the voice isolation is not the best as u can hear some noise in corridors.

We first booked this hotel with breakfast, we really liked this place and again booked it next week. The breakfast wasn't up to the mark, though we had paid for the next day too, the second day we preferred to do breakfast from outside. We booked the self-contained apartment which had 2 bedrooms, one room had king size bed and 2 single beds in the other room along with a living room. It was really spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is nice, calm, clean and very good but they don't offer room service. So you have to arrange for your all meals from outside. The location of the hotel is good it is in the center of Taif so you can easily find restaurants and cafes within a radius of 1 Km.

Stayed one night on a tour. Clean, modern hotel. Quiet location. Reasonably spacious room with modern decor. Amenities included mini-fridge and electric kettle. No unoccupied power outlets near the desk area; had to unplug the TV to use my laptop. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order. The shower doesn't have a door (which seems to be a common design in Saudi Arabia), so inevitably the bathroom floor gets wet. Wifi worked well. Breakfast with reasonable selection.
