個別服務員服務特差，早上7點40～8點要前台開票怎麼叫都不起來，我們8點半的高鐵差點沒趕上。最後打掃衞生的阿姨來叫也不起來，阿姨沒辦法喊了另一位姑娘起來來開票。這點苦都吃不了應該回家待着啃老去。

酒店環境挺好的，一進大廳就感覺非常優雅，衞生打掃非常乾淨，本來百十元的酒店，我們沒要求太高，一來住了還是很讓我們驚喜的，送了雙份早餐和2張温泉券，房間設施設備齊全，衞生很乾凈，服務員也很熱情，態度都非常好，早餐種類也挺多的很滿意，光聽光看不如自己體驗，確實物超所值，非常滿意
