The hotel is in Japanese style, with hot springs and swimming pools. Next to it is the Whale Museum, which is very convenient. The most amazing thing is the breakfast, with a beautiful environment and live piano accompaniment. There is airport pick-up service, but it is required before 5 pm, so everyone must pay attention to the time. Thanks to Ctrip for always communicating with us. Since the place is too remote and we couldn't get a taxi, we walked to the hotel!

Love it! The window frame is like a picture frame, the scenery is intoxicating, and the sunset view is super unbeatable! Be sure to book the Japanese-style room with sea view on the top floor. There are Easter eggs when you open the door. You can watch whales and dolphins training. It's worth it! And don't miss the breakfast, it's a full sense of ceremony!

The hotel rooms are Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats. The hotel's hot springs are good. The outdoor hot springs are right by the sea. The hotel is relatively remote. It is best to order breakfast. Breakfast must be booked in advance. Breakfast cannot be booked after arriving at the hotel. The breakfast is very rich. There is an ocean museum next to the hotel

This hotel was the best we had in our 14-day trip in Japan. At this place, you can spend the night in a traditional japanese room, with some of the best views we could hope for. Having the palm trees outside, the mountains afar and hearing the crushing waves of the pacific ocean somehow made me feel like I was in Hawaii for a moment. On top of that, dinner was exquisite; a full selection of seafood, sushi and meat we could enjoy with a pianoman alongside the restaurant. Finally, their outdoor onsen was also relaxing and breakfast was just as good as the rest. We enjoyed every second of our time at this hotel

We had an amazing time at this hotel. We would return for sure. The outdoor onsen is beautiful and even thought there were other guests in the hotel, we were the only one using them, so it was quite relaxing. The staff members were so welcoming and friendly, the food was just impeccable. At breakfast time until we left, there was a pianist playing the piano. He was fabulous. We loved everything!!

Anyway, everything was great! room design, interior, location, They paid particular attention to each and every fixture, and it was so comfortable that I wanted to stay there forever. Even the barbecue stove downstairs was stylish, and I was so excited that I didn't have to worry about the cold.I had a great time cooking a barbecue using the ingredients I bought at the nearby fishermen's cooperative supermarket. The staff stationed outside the room were also very nice, always smiling and kind, making me feel very comfortable. The changing room at the hot spring was also clean and I was happy that there was a foot massage machine for those who didn't want to use it. The hot water was also good. It was the best accommodation ever! It's a little difficult to get to, but I think it's well worth the trip just to stay here. It was a really good memory.

After a long journey to the hotel, we were told on check in (booked via ***********) that no booking received by the hotel, despite my confirmation that it was paid. Manager / receptionist did not speak much English, so for 40 min , my heart was racing and worrying where do we go in the late evening and then trying to get a refund from booking was very distressing. I had to show the card I paid for and confirmation etc. Then after 40 min manager agreed to give us a room after being unable to get hold of *********** and all our evidences. Next morning they just told us : sorry it was the hotel fault. Did not even offered a drink or dinner or anything to compensate for their error and stress. Breakfast , although , pretending to be posh , was very small and we saw people looking at the menu after the breakfast as it wasn’t feeling . On top of it , we didn’t do any research about the area beforehand , but it turned out to be a dolphin slaughtering bay, it had sad feeling about this place. And one more no restaurants nearby … a bit stuck …. wouldn’t come back to this hotel - way to expensive for the service and nicer choices around
