After I came back, I saw that I booked a room on the fifth floor. The front desk of the hotel arranged a room on the third floor. The room on the sunny side was directly blocked by the roof of the hotel swimming pool, which was very depressing. This is not the main window, but the two large kitchens. The air conditioner was humming. I communicated with the front desk to switch to another room on the third floor. As a result, there were three kitchen air conditioners outside the room... I don’t understand why the front desk solved the problem like this? In addition, why did the room on the fifth floor booked on Ctrip arrange the room on the third floor?
