This B&B is truly amazing! The renovated old house is incredibly charming, and the owner's meticulous attention to detail is evident in every detail. The room was clean and comfortable, with a warm and cozy decor. It was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tainan!

オーナーは宿泊前にたくさんのメッセージと、到着前にエアコンを入れてくれたため、快適且つ不安なく過ごすことができました。
1Fから3Fまで古く見えてとても清潔でした。シャワーには注意が必要かもしれません。
今まで宿泊したどのB&Bよりもアメニティに優れていて不自由なかったです。
また次も台南にきたときには泊まりたいと思える宿でした。

GGuest UserHands down my absolute favorite hotel during my trip to Tainan! The overall decor is superb and feels incredibly new and modern. The facilities are very convenient. Breakfast was exceptionally good, offering a wide variety of local specialties. The book selection in the common areas is also very tastefully curated. The laundry facilities are fantastic too! Moreover, the hotel excels at 'localization' – they provide beautifully designed newspaper-style pamphlets introducing Tainan! Next time, I'd love to stay in a room with a record player! 🥹❤️

From booking to check-in, he provided detailed information about various things, including local food, tourist activities, and transportation instructions, which saved us a lot of time searching. GGuest UserThis is a luxury type of hostel experience. I really enjoyed my stay there. The decor, furnishings, amenities and lovely staff are of extremely high quality. The rooms are quite nice as well. You have your own room with premium bedding. Instead of a door, there is a curtain, so you need to be mindful of noise created since it will carry through the whole area. Each room has six individual rooms I believe. The units have a very easy to use safe under the bed. The bathrooms are quite clean and have high quality dryers and other amenities. The gym left some weights to be desired, although in their defense it is billed as a ”mini-gym.” It has two stationary bikes and one treadmill. I noticed some yoga mats and foam rollers in the common area. The wifi was great and I was able to work without issue. Loved the location as well, quite convenient to get around, and also easy to walk to the bus station. There are a ton of food options in the immediate area, and there is a laundromat on the first floor outside, next to the large 7/11 that is 24 hours.

1110138****The hotel is conveniently located near Tainan Railway Station. Just to clarify, this is the conventional (TRA) train station, not the High-Speed Rail (HSR) station. If you arrive by HSR, you can catch a local train from Shalun Station to Tainan Station; trains depart every half hour. Rooms are quite spacious, but the sound insulation isn't great – you can easily hear activity from outside the door. Bottled water isn't provided in the rooms; however, each floor has a water dispenser for guests to use.

CcashkathyThe room size was just right, and the two twin beds were comfortable. It was quiet.
The bay window in the room offered a wide view.
The hotel's location is excellent. In front, there's the Museum of Justice and an art gallery, and next to it, there's the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store. It's only a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk to popular spots like Chihkan Tower, Hayashi Department Store, and West Market.
The hotel lobby is tall, bright, spacious, and elegant, with comfortable seating. Both the front desk staff and the doorman were very polite. A special shout-out to Cai Renqin from the restaurant: when we mentioned the pizza crust was a bit too burnt, he immediately had the kitchen remake one, even though we had already eaten half of it, and made sure the new one was to our liking. He was very polite and responsible, truly deserving of praise.
The breakfast was very extensive and served until 11 AM, which is great for guests who prefer to sleep in. The spa facilities were also complete and spacious, not stingy at all.

GGabrielle TengThe location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said ”read it out to me”. The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, ”you which room? you sit here”. One morning she came to me ”how many people in your room? not 2 person?”, I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

Vvictor zhongThe overall service quality at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, proactively reached out to guests, and their responses were always prompt and helpful.
The hotel's surroundings were quiet and elegant. Its prime location meant it wasn't impacted by nearby buildings, and there was ample space for relaxation nearby.
The room facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the bathtub was a bit old and had some cracks, though it didn't pose any immediate danger.
The bathroom's glass door could benefit from frosted film to make it more visible, reducing the chance of collisions, or to enhance user privacy! Moreover, the privacy curtain was installed outside the bathroom, which was not very convenient to use.
For the extra bed, an open-style screen could be added to provide more personal space and privacy, and minimize direct sightlines with the main bed.
The breakfast quality was very satisfactory, especially the buffet.

Hotel has given us a free upgrade to a room with balcony and private soaking bath in the room. Appreciated the gesture.
Comfortable stay with a one time access to the spa area. Very interesting spa with a variety of soaking bath of varying temp. Mud mask waa also available. A fun and relaxing experience for the family.
