The hotel is located in a central location with easy access to famous attractions like Chikan Tower, Hayashi Department Store, to name a few. The service staff was professional. I was unable to open my luggage, and he immediately contacted a local luggage store and booked a taxi for me to go there. The food was good, and they even serve night snack! ********* local biscuits are also provided until 10pm, see my photo. They also provided a map with key places of attractions at the lift lobby, see photo. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel, will definitely come back. They have top notch food and services. Breakfast and supper buffet both pretty good, even better than food outside.

Location is great! We enjoyed our stay.
Dinner and breakfast is nice! Definitely be staying again in this hotel on our next visit to tainan.

Downtown but not super convenient location. However the quality of service, including free dinner buffet, in addition to breakfast, and all day coffee + ice cream service and very nice rooms make it worth the detour.

I love the very friendly crew at Reception. I arrived with the incorrect booking (Minsheng Rd.) late in the evening, and the crew was very friendly to assist me with a room in their property!
