I checked into a double room on 4/9. After checking in, I entered the room and found that there were no bath towels and only small towels, so I immediately called the front desk. After hanging up the phone, the front desk called again and asked me to check if there were bath towels on the bathroom door. After we confirmed, there were still no. They asked someone to help us deliver it. So far it's acceptable. Immediately after the housekeeper pressed the bell, we went to open the door. As soon as the door opened, the housekeeper said: "Let me check" and entered the guest room. He entered our room directly without asking whether we could go in and check. After leaving the bathroom, I walked to the bedside to check. This was very unacceptable. Curious how this hotel treats its guests? How are employees trained? It looked like we were going to steal his towel. At least the environment is nice.

交誼廳空間很大很舒適，交通地點非常方便。非常適合來台南旅遊的遊客，周邊的小吃美食及美景非常多大家可以來走走

The breakfast portion is delicious enough, and the public space on the third floor is very comfortable. The quilts and pillows are also very comfortable. Living in a quadruple room, I have only a small suggestion: the bathroom can be ventilated to make it more odor-free.
