He gave us a pack of biscuits and fruits, which were not what we needed. We came to the counter again. The manager came and couldn't understand the situation. The location is indeed very convenient, next to a large shopping mall, but the reception service at the front desk needs to be improved, and the cleaning staff breaking in the door in the morning was very scary. It is understandable that there are no hotel supplies provided now, even though the hotel is considered high-end. But when I went to the front desk to ask about supplies, the front desk staff was reluctant to answer and seemed impatient. However, the service staff at check-in and check-out were also ********* friendly as usual, with nice attitudes and smiles. I have been to Taiwan dozens of times, and I have never seen a ********* answer like this. The most important thing is that when my mother and I returned to the room to rest after the buffet breakfast, it was only about 10 a.m. and it was not check-out time at 11 a.m., plus I had the do not disturb button turned on all the time. But at that time, the cleaning service staff suddenly opened the door and came in without knocking, which scared us. I travel a lot and have never tried this before, and I rarely give serious reviews here, but this time it really surprised me. The price of this hotel is not cheap in Taiwan. I hope the hotel can make improvements to make the hotel feel better overall.

We checked in with a child in a wheelchair. We had never stayed in this hotel and didn't know about the bathroom allocation. Electric cars and small trains are another child's favorite amusement facilities. They will play with them from the time they check into the back room.

There were three indoor playrooms for children to play in, each with a different concept, and the air conditioning was working well, so it was great for taking a break and spending time with the kids. Outside the lobby, there was a water play area, a mini train, and an electric car that children could drive, which made them very happy.
