缺點：
訂兩天的房應該要有兩天的免費啤酒，第一天我太忙沒有去領取，第二天想要領兩杯卻被拒絕，真小氣。
房內電視的Netflix 沒有登入是要我怎麼看？
房號非常不明顯，不懂為什麼要在房門外用逃生出口的壁紙，我一開始還以為我的房間是逃生出口。
小冰箱不夠冷
優點：房間乾淨，氣氛燈很好，落地窗不錯

check in 是電腦自肋的，未夠鐘check in 只可放下行李在儲物櫃 儲物櫃鎖匙需放下證件 我當日放低左香港車證 服務員有善健談 房間舒適 床好舒服 廁所有齊沖涼及洗髮 即棄用品暫尚有提供 廁所的藍芽鏡實用 沖涼時播歌 化妝時白光燈完美 交通的話 台南大部分地方都用11號巴士（自己對腳）公交車到站時間準確度50% 大熱天氣下等唔知幾時黎既車 不如行快兩步

直接機器登記入住很方便，可是一開始沒有說清楚以為要等櫃檯人員協助，浪費了一些時間，退房時以為也要機器協助，結果這時櫃檯人員卻說有人員就交給人員辦理即可，那就讓人不明白為什麼入住等到有人員了卻又要我們操作機器....

とにかく部屋が可愛い、綺麗、広いで最高です。
ロケーションも良く、観光地は基本徒歩圏内で行けます。
ただ１つ、Wi-Fiが頻繁に切れてしまい、インターネット環境は改善が必要だと思います。
