很可愛的房間。服務也很好，但室外浴缸維護不容易要使用時有點髒就沒有使用了。有點可惜，如果有泡到澡的話就很完美了

已經入住多次，門口可以停一台車！去市區吃飯跑趴地點方便！房間很舒適而且安靜，下次再來台南會再安排入住！

管家親切仔細的服務和介紹，房間很有特色，處處都看得到用心，這次住的房間窗台面對住家，所以環境也很清幽，非常好的體驗。可惜遇到樓下咖啡廳休息，沒有吃到早餐，不過有提供對面餐廳的優惠卷。下次去台南會想再拜訪。

靠近國華街商圈，地點超好，老宅改建的民宿，1樓是咖啡廳，店長服務超優，感受到台南在地人的熱情，主動幫我們解決問題，民宿住的很舒服，很開心能夠住到這麼有品質的民宿，下次來台南還會選擇住這裡。

環境整體上乾淨，但因舊式建築浴室的排水並不好，電熱水器的溫度也稍微不穩，溫度一直拉不起來。浴室內容易積水。周遭有綠樹草皮，房內也難免會有一些小螞蟻攀爬。 服務上很好，未來還是會在回訪。

服務態度非常好
房間也很棒
但位置太接近路邊了
隔音效果不是很好
如果習慣需要安靜睡眠品質的可能需要考慮
除了外面騎機車的噪音問題
其他都很棒～～尤其管家的親切跟熱心很棒
