Shared a triple room with friends for two nights. Ww booked ahead online and got an excellent price. Full hotel with staffed desk, elevator, AC and fridge in room. The walk from the main train station is a bit grim though not far if you don't have too much luggage. Area turned out to be much nicer once we moved away from the station. Everything within walking distance and convenient to public transport. Lots of food options. Would go back but need to book ahead as it seems to be a popular place. Oh, the included breakfast was particularly good. The bathroom lacked privacy which can be a bit problematic if you're not that close to others sharing the room. The bathroom fixtures are a bit messed up with no shower curtain and the shower at waist height. Annoying but not a deal breaker for what we paid.
