The smell in the room is very bad. The temperature of the air conditioner must be turned down. It is best not to turn off the air conditioner when going out. 3. The sound insulation is really not enough! I was woken up by a loud "bump" at around 7 o'clock in the morning, and there was a continuous noise of checking out.

The entrance is a little difficult to find The reception lobby is on the 5th floor of the building. (service) The people at the front desk are kind. The next day's taxi arrangement service is also good. Check-in is until 23:00

Whenever I come to Tainan, I always stay at 23 Hotel. The service is great and the rooms are comfortable and cheap.

The service staff is friendly, but the double bed is too small

It's very close to Hai'an Street and very convenient. I was worried that it would be noisy, but it wasn't at all.
