飯店的服務態度讓人覺得舒服，接待上也非常的客氣。雖然飯店的停車位沒有很多，但附近有很多的停車場，飯店也會負責消單。唯一缺點是早餐的座位空間不是很大。

櫃檯人員親切對待

飯店附近是住宅區清幽寧靜
感覺蠻好的
唯一房間地毯有污漬
電視機上面佈滿棉絮
小細節的地方美中不足

酒店提供的服務質量整體很好，前台服務員態度親切有禮，會主動聯繫客人，回應到點。酒店外圍環境寧靜、優雅，位置優越不受附近樓房影響，周邊有廣闊優閒空間。房間設施維護良好，衛生及打掃很好，可是浴缸稍舊及有破裂，卻沒有即時危險。洗手間玻璃門應可貼上磨砂膠片改善注意程度，減少碰撞機會，或增加使用者私密！而遮掩布簾安裝在衛生間外，使用上不太方便。而加床的位置可增設開放式屏風，增添個人空間及私隱，減少與主人床對望。早餐質量水準很滿意尤其是自動式。
