早餐很好，超級豐富，有米其林的餐品。
但是台灣所有的酒店洗漱用品都要收費，有點小貴
可能是在新世界的緣故，晚上睡眠質量一般，但是床品很好
但是地段很好旁邊就是美術館和孔廟

説説差評原因：
1. 前台辦理入住的小姐非常不專業。給我第一印象她非常不喜歡自己的工作，很疲憊，講話沒精打采，我甚至聽不清她説什麼。儘管如此我會禮貌對她講謝謝，而她沒有反應。
2.房間不乾淨，有異味。淋浴間下水通道向房間內返臭味兒。應該之前客人有反應過同樣問題，入住時房間內已經放了凈化器。就算如此也還是遮蓋不住陣陣惡臭。
3.預訂的是大床房。實際是兩張單人床湊起來的。但是衹有一床被子。兩張單人床床墊邊緣是硬角，中間低。一床被子兩人完全不夠用。整晚沒有睡好。
4.房間設施老舊看起來很廉價和酒店宣傳圖片不符。大堂衞生間連張抽紙都沒有，放着一台破舊的幹手機。四星級酒店房間也沒有瓶裝水，放着幾塊非常不健康的塑料包裝的棕櫚油小零食。打着環保旗號節約成本罷了。
5.全屋插座110伏電壓。

房間大小合適，兩個單人床睡得舒服。 安靜。
房內有飄窗視野寬廣。
酒店位置太好了，前有司法博物館，美術館，旁邊有新光三越商場。 去赤坎樓，林百貨，西市場走路十幾分鍾就可以到。
酒店大廳高眺明亮大氣，坐椅舒服，不論是前台還是門房都非常有禮，尤其餐廳的蔡仁欽因為我們説批薩的皮烤得太黑了，他立即讓廚房重坐一個，雖然我們已吃了一半了，並確認重作的我們可以接受。 他非常有禮負責，值得為他點贊。
早餐非常豐富，可以吃到11點，照顧了不喜歡早起的客人。Spa的設施也完整，大間不小氣。

The hotel's location is very convenient, with everything you need nearby. All the sights are also nearby. I liked the variety of breakfasts: the buffet had a wide selection.
