民宅式民宿，離馬路近隔音不算好但附近有夜市跟全聯算方便；
房內沒有wifi但收訊良好，只是房內為黃光、光源不夠，作為個人出差受訓的住宿還算良好。

家庭房房型很大位在四樓無電梯🛗
衛浴設備在外面房間內三張床跟小客廳
附近停車位多路邊也能停車！

床鋪較硬，燈光暗，隔音設備不夠好，熱水器共用別的住戶都很大聲，只是好停車、買東西便利，吃東西也很方便。
