Friendly and helpful staff, and a good location. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the pool area was nice.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Nicely renovated, spacious, and right next to a mall. Kids club is so good - my kids don’t want to go anywhere else. Definitely would revisit next time!

Unlucky this time to be staying at a floor they're doing an event with Lancome. Noisy throughout the day and awkward everytime I walk my the lift lobby. I mean why would you setup the event welcome desk at the center of the lift lobby? Why not at one of the sides? It was extremely uncomfortable being stared at everytime I leave and come back to my room. And not everyone likes Lancome and the lift lobby smelled full it it - suffering from headaches. Not that it would've made a difference with my stay, the front desk never shared that I will be staying at the same floor as the event, much less right adjacent to the event room! Was I supposed to just "understand" since the hotel needs to make money?

Found myself back in Silks again, my only choice in Tainan. Seemed to have met (or just felt like it) top notch staff. Conrad recognizing me and my girlfriend on arrival. Tried the swimming pool for the very first time. Quite crowded during the day but a great place to chill in the evening. Look forward to returning to Silks again already.
