Grand Banyan Hotel

This hotel located near Tainan Train Station (TRA). It is walking distance from a morning market where you can dine and experience where locals get their fresh produces. There are many convenient stores around the hotel. There are at least 3 big departmental stores and many restaurants nearby. The hotel room is very cozy and comfortable. The staffs are very polite and friendly. I will recommend it to other travellers and if I am back to Tainan, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Location is relatively convenient (about 5-7 mins walk) away from Tainan train station! Room is very spacious and comfortable. Just take note that they don’t provide any water bottles, but they do have a water refill station at each station!

Staff are great and helpful. Good view from rooftop.Room are spacious and good sound proof from beside rooms. Comfort linen and bed. Breakfast is delicious. Only one thing I don’t like is the sound of swimming pool and go to my room because it just down from the pool

Prime location next to the main train station, short walk from the major sights.

Good hotel, clean, new, good service, big room and wonderful foo

The staff are very much accomodating and approachable! They speak English very fluently. Superb! Well recommended !

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Taiwan for this price range! Conveniently located just a 5–10 minute walk from Tainan Train Station. The hotel’s beautiful interior and warm hospitality impressed us from the start. Check-in was quick, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Family Room. The room was spacious, smelled wonderful, and featured a giant smart TV and a AI assistant. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large bathtub, separate shower area, and quality toiletries. The bed was super comfortable, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. What really stood out was the attention to detail, including regular swimming pool water quality checks and a lifeguard on standby. The concierge staff even recommend a list of must try foods in Tainan. Excellent service, comfort, and value for money. Highly recommended! We would gladly stay here again.
