端午節一家四口入住時間訂為下午四點,退房時間為上午11點,雖可接受！但是當我們隔日退房時詢問小孩仍想使用泳池,櫃檯人員回覆居然是退房後不可使用游池,因為使用權利是屬於下午入住的房客使用,當下即向櫃檯人員表示其他住宿酒店都可以適用.限制只有當天入住的客人可以使用這些設施明顯欠缺彈性,應該根據實際情況提供一定的靈活性,請公司管理層改進！
