首先，我在這個酒店定了3間房，住了兩天，足見我很信任這酒店，但我萬萬沒想到他們會在沒有任何證據的情況下冤枉我兒子。
第二，我兒子從1歲半跟我去旅行，到現在5歲了，內蒙青海雲南上海廣州珠海東北，住過各種酒店民宿，從未發生過破壞房間物品的事，我也當著你們員工的麪問過他和阿姨，他和阿姨均表示不知道那裡有洞。
難道你們酒店是霸權機構，説是我們弄壞的我們就要認？不是我們弄的賠什麼賠？
第三不在自己身上找原因，把一切責任胡亂推給顧客，那就讓大家看看是非公道，到底誰對誰錯。
第四，如果你覺得我給你衞生1分，環境1分很委屈，那正好，我兒子被冤枉也是這麼委屈的。
