一、住宿安靜舒適，特別是房間陽台視野開闊，夕陽餘暉下，陽台顯得格外雅緻，讓人心曠神怡。
二、飯店的早餐非常好，品種多樣葷素搭配合理，保證營養和滿足客人的不同需求。
三、另外要感謝客服鄒經理熱情接待，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。
四、有點小遺憾就是健身房管理不到位，通風設施較差，健身器材維護維修不夠，希望進一步提高。

酒店距離動車站和古城都15分鐘車程，提供動車站接送服務，每天也有三班車可以送到古城。湖景房窗外風景不錯，入住時已經擺好了水果和養生茶，入住前就有專人微信聯繫各種事項，服務很周到，入睡環境很安靜，值得推薦

這次出遊住在泰寧閩江酒店是一次最正確的選擇。酒店服務到位，每位服務員都是有求必應，房間面積很大，床品非常乾淨，睡着很舒服，還有個大陽台，有晾衣桿，泡腳桶，我們住的豪華大床，裡外間，雙衞，從陽台可以看到閩江湖泊，空調製冷效果好，徬晚十分喝着小茶，賞着落日，很美，並且每個房間放四瓶礦泉水，每次給前台附加礦泉水，都很痛快的答應了，體現了酒店老闆的服務理念，覺得很舒服。另酒店的飯菜也非常好吃，菜品有當地的特色菜，住這三天都是在酒店吃的晚飯，不用叫外賣，價格也親民。酒店距大金湖景點坐車5分鐘的路程，並且到酒店，酒店鄒經理我稱呼她為酒店大管家，服務很到位，剛入住酒店微信就推過來了，介紹很清楚，並且幫我們合理安排這三天的出行計劃，非常滿意。酒店因坐落的地方不好打車，但有微車可打，價格非常合理，並且微車司機江師傅非常優秀，很熱心，很善良，博學多才，也很幽默，足足跟了我們一天，為了不讓我們等太長時間，中午飯都沒吃上，這一天司機江師傅也很辛苦，再次真心感謝江師傅，還要感謝一下免費接送我們去大金湖的鄒師傅，接送工作安排合理，及時，很穩，住在泰寧閩江酒店心裏很踏實，原本覺得不方便反而變得比任何一家酒店都方便了。最後必須要感謝一下酒店的大管家鄒經理，為遊客能想到的都想到了，鄒經理非常優秀，最後表揚一下遊客離店時酒店還有送動車服務 ，太貼心了，一次非常輕鬆快樂的旅遊住宿經歷。願閩江酒店越來越好，越來越紅火。

在攜程訂的酒店，住了二晚。在一個小地方有這樣的酒店完全超出了我們的認知。酒店在大金湖旅遊區內，依山傍湖，環境優雅，花樹成遍，空氣非常清新天然氧吧。酒店的建築風格也很獨特，大堂很大很有氣派，每個客房陽台都面對湖面，視覺很開闊。
酒店的服務很到位。從經理到前台，接送駕駛員，還是樓層保潔阿姨，餐廳服務員，保安大叔都很熱情❤好客，見人都會面帶微笑問聲好，給人一種很親近的友好感受。特別是鄒經理，我們到高鐵站，大金湖遊船碼頭來去都精心安排車免費接送，到其他地方她也盡情幫我們聯繫按排好，每天都會來問我們有什麼需要幫助的。給我們這次旅行提供了很多方便。
酒店房間清潔衞生設施齊全，餐廳很大，早餐自助餐品種很多，食品新鮮衞生。中，晚餐可以根據客人的口味不同點菜……。
這家酒店的環境，服務給我們留下了太多的美好回憶。如果以後有機會我還會選擇這家酒店。
