Attentive staff , location is not bad, around 7mins walk to mtr station . There are 24 hours supermarket and restaurant within 3-5mins walk from hotel. Room size is reasonable for the price range in taipei . Washroon is clean in general .

The room is dated but location is centralised with a mall next to it. Escalator and walking distance helps to make luggages easier to handle. Rooms are relatively big. The lift system - you have to press both lifts for it to work and often a long waiting time. The dryer on 4th floor had a ”broke down” notice and when asked the reception, she gave me a nearby laundromat but it is not self-service coin operated. We booked with breakfast but i'll say, give the breakfast a miss.

The hotel's location right at the crossroads was easy to find. For travelers with lots of luggage, we dragged our bags up the steps, checked in, and then discovered that the small door on the right, besides leading to the steakhouse, also had a ramp for luggage – a clearer sign would have been helpful. The room felt recently renovated, which was nice. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, giving guests a choice, and the toiletries were decent. However, it was inconvenient that the hotel didn't provide disposable amenities, so travelers should remember to bring their own. Breakfast was okay but didn't offer much variety. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic when I asked for information, but their rapid-fire replies were a bit hard to follow; a slower pace would have been better. Compared to other hotels, the 11:00 AM check-out time felt a bit inconvenient. My current experience staying in Taipei hotels feels like it's declined compared to previous visits.

Price comes with free breakfast. Hotel room is clean and towels are changed daily. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful except for 2 young staff on the night we arrived.  Location is far from 101 but the MRT and railway station is just a short walk away and there is a big mall at the station and a larger one just one train station away.

The location is fantastic! It's just a 2-minute walk from Hou Shan Pi MRT station. Check-in at the front desk was a breeze, and they even offer private car services to Yehliu, Jiufen, and Shifen. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the Braised Pork Rice (Lu Rou Fan) was absolutely delicious and quite unique! 😋 The room overall was on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed, including a fridge, and the soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy. Just a heads up, they don't provide disposable toiletries, so remember to bring your own!

The room no carpet is good as won’t have the smoking smell and toilet only have one bath/shampoo soap which is not suitable for sensitive or oily hair or body. Do buy or bring your own bathing liquid. Love the location easy to flag taxi and the reception do help to call taxi. Near to my favourite cafe

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the MRT, though it’s helpful to know which line to take—especially since the Blue Line was ideal for our exhibition visits. The room was comfortable for three people, with clean linens that made the stay even more pleasant. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, from the quality toiletries to the good coffee. There’s also a laundry facility available, so you don’t have to worry about running out of clothes during your trip. After long, exhausting days at the exhibition, these little details truly made a difference and brightened our stay.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and it's very convenient and easy to find. It's a bit of a walk from the MRT station, but acceptable. I decided to splurge on a luxurious stay tonight, and the room is bigger than a standard business room. The sofa area is comfortable and spacious, and the bed is very soft. My only minor complaint is that the carpet is old and dark, making it feel a bit dirty. The hotel slippers are quite thin. The bathroom is nice, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is on the first floor, offering a few simple meal options, and the food flavors are quite good.

Best choice ever. Muslim friendly which have smart toilet inside every room. Second option after bidet which is quite hard to find here. Spacious bed, clean toilet, high pressure shower, very cold air conditioning system. Freeze like crazy.🥶 Very strategic location. Easy access to walking district, Ximending night market, 7 Eleven just only at the downstairs. Just 10 steps away till the exit/ entry of Ximen Metro Mall. Very near to MRT Ximen Station.

Hotel is located at the heart of ximending just beside carrefour hence it’s convenient. Staff though are not the most accommodating. You hae to wait exactly at 3pm to check in. There were old guests waiting and standing by lobby coz there were not enough chairs available. Wifi signal can sometimes be slow. Breakfast place is a bit limited too so if there’s a lot of guests, you have to wait for a bit to be seated. Otherwise, place is clean and well located.
