The room is well-equipped with all necessary appliances. Water pressure and hot water are excellent, and the TV offers a wide variety of channels.

Nice spa for ladies that opens 6-10 pm. Not too close to MRT & u can take bus (2 stops) to Jiantan; bus stop just downstairs. Nice shared space & good view from high floor.

Stayed here in early January. The hotel was thoughtful enough to provide hand warmers as cold winds were forecasted for the following day.
Hotel location is about a 10-minute walk from Jiantan station. I would strongly recommend taking a taxi when arriving or leaving with luggage, the walk from the station is quite a hassle. On the plus, it is close to several convenience stores and only about 5 minutes from Shilin Night Market. The room was as described and decently sized to open two luggage. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure.
A few inconveniences I encountered included inconsistent housekeeping. Some items were replenished while others were not, on some days the towels were thin and also seemed old with stains (minor issue as replacements could be instantly requested). The air-conditioning also felt a bit slow at times, and some nights were slightly warm.
Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, it was still a pleasant stay, especially if you want to be close to Shilin Night Market.

Hotel is a walking distance from train station. Which honestly isn’t much of an issue given is near to bus stop. Room is clean, and they did double check again with us as we didn’t want room cleaning during one of the day during our stay. Staff services was excellent!

This hotel is a bit hard to review.
The hotel is a bit far from the MRT station, which is inconvenient if you have kids. Getting a taxi is also difficult, and you have to wait a long time.
The room the hotel gave us was the largest, but the bathroom had no door. Once you step out of the toilet or shower area, you're directly at the room's entrance. It felt like half the room was the bathroom; the design was very strange.
The hotel didn't provide conditioner, and the hairdryer wasn't the Dyson mentioned in the reviews. It was an old hairdryer that couldn't even adjust the heat.
The hotel has a free hot spring, but it was too crowded.
There's a self-service coin laundry, but after observing it the whole time, I suspect they use very little detergent, and I doubt how clean the clothes actually get.
There are pros and cons. The hotel thoughtfully gave us a New Year's gift, blessings, and a handwritten card 😊

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the MRT station. The room cleaning was very fast; it was already cleaned when I returned after lunch. I would like to suggest that the quality of the towels could be improved. Everything else was fine.

Neat n clean hotel. Need to pay extra for early check in although the room is ready. No frills hotel. Hardly any space for luggage. Only plus is near Shilin Night Mkt.
