The hotel is in an excellent location - right near cafes, restaurants and the entrance to thermal valley. The rooms are spacious and clean wyrh their own private hot pool tub. The reception staff are very helpful and breakfast was a delicious sandwich, delivered to my door.

The room had a bathtub, so I could enjoy the hot spring whenever I wanted during my stay. The water is a high-quality sulfur spring. I was very satisfied, especially considering the reasonable price!

This was the third time I'd stayed in Beitou, and compared to other accommodations in the area, the price was quite cheap. Because of its affordability, it's located near Thermal Valley, which means it's a bit far from the station. The parking lot was packed with cars, suggesting it's popular with locals. There's no fridge in the room, making it difficult to enjoy a cold beer. Breakfast consists of a sandwich and soy milk, and it seems to be included as a standard option. It felt very much like an old-fashioned local inn from years ago. I was annoyed by having to switch rooms three times; each time there was a hassle, and they kept giving me a different room than what I booked before finally reverting it... If you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep and don't care about anything else, it's fine. Otherwise...

Great hotel location, convenient for getting around with WeMo scooters available for rent right outside. The hotel's design isn't new or modern, but it's perfectly acceptable overall. There's parking available, though limited. The fridge in my room seemed to be on strike, but I didn't really need it, so I didn't bother mentioning it. Overall, it's a good value for money and you can even enjoy a hot spring bath.

For the price, an excellent hotel. It was a nice room with a beautiful view of the valley. The bathroom could use some mold treatment, but the bathtub was in good shape and the hot spring water was enjoyable. I also appreciated the complimentary small breakfast of a sandwich and soybean milk. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel's policy states check-in is after 3 PM, but they kindly let me check in around 2 PM. Parking was convenient, and the service attitude was excellent. The hot spring was a major highlight. Check-out time is 12 PM, which is fantastic. I've stayed at over a dozen places on this trip, and regardless of a 3 PM or 4 PM check-in, check-out was always set before 11 AM. This is the only place that offers a 12 PM check-out, truly showing they consider their guests. Highly recommended!

The water pressure at the sink was extremely low, which made brushing my teeth quite difficult. For breakfast, we got a sandwich and soy milk, which was hung on our door around 7/7:30 AM. During my two-day stay, the air conditioning was very weak on the first day, but then became too cold on the second. On the first night, even with the AC on full blast, it still wasn't cool, and I'm not sure why. The second day, I set it to a lower setting and it was much more comfortable.

The location is a winner, walking distance to the MRT, a local hot spring park to make few friends, and a mountain view that’s hard to beat. 2. The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable it felt like a trap I didn't want to escape. However, the "full experience" was a bit of a puzzle: 1. LANGUAGE: Even with my basic Mandarin, the lack of English-speaking staff made simple interactions feel like a high-stakes exam. A hotel this nice shouldn't rely on guests being linguists. 2. The "Breakfast": A sandwich and boxed tea might suit a local appetite, but as an African, I found it a bit... ornamental. It was more of a light snack than a meal. For this price, I expected a breakfast that actually required a fork and spoon. 3. Laundry: Apparently, clean clothes are optional here? No laundry machines in a modern hotel is a bold choice, and a frustrating one for anyone staying more than a night.

Location not really convenient, can only take small bus, Uber or walk, good things there is onsen inside the room. Receptionist uncle and auntie are all very helpful and kind.
