This is my second time booked and stay at this hotel. Very convenient cause very close to the airport MRT. Will definitely stay again for my next trip to Taiwan.

clean hotel, location ok, nearby Di hua street. Sound proof of the room is the downside of the hotel.

Amazing location, Amazing service, Amazing cleanliness, Amazing room & overall experience!

From the moment you step into the hotel, you're greeted by friendly staff, making you feel right at home. Despite being a self check-in process, the staff from the office are quick to assist, ensuring everything goes smoothly. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free. The room itself was cozy, with just enough space for my 29" luggage opened on the floor. I booked a double bed without windows and was pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub in the bathroom—definitely a nice touch. The bathroom amenities were good, with two types of shower gel in the bathing area and a well-stocked sink with essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving cream and shaver, shower cap, cotton buds, and more. The provided hair dryer was particularly useful. The room is well-equipped with plenty of power points, making it easy to charge all your devices. The sockets are international, so I didn’t even need to use my adaptor—a very convenient feature! Room service was prompt and the staff were consistently friendly and efficient, changing bath towels daily. There’s also a handy leather-bound reference book in the room to answer any questions you might have. The only downside is the limited food options directly below the hotel. However, a quick Uber ride (~5SGD) will take you to the popular Fu Hang Soy Milk for a delicious, hearty breakfast, and thereafter you may begin your adventure of the day! For those with large luggage or tired from a long day trip, I recommend using Beimen Station (Exit 2) as it has escalators and is a shorter walk from the hotel as compared to any other exits from Taipei Main Station. Otherwise, UBER is another great option. The hotel is also very near to the Airport Express Line which takes about an hour to the airport.

The room is clean and new! Not so big just enough for family. Hotel is nearby Taipei main station and subway station.

Hotel is located near Taoyuan AirPort Express station, exit 6. You can still take 5 mins to Metro Beimen station. Hotel is clear and comfortable. It provides Taiwan transitional breakfast with extra paid, pre order before 5 pm.

Good location to everywhere. Staff are friendly. Although room a little small but very clean.

Convenient location Hotel near MRT station but not so much eateries around have to walk all the way to train station. Room is clean and nice especially the toilet design.

The room without window is very small and feel suffocating at times. The bed is not comfy, and poor soundproof of the room.

The hotel concierge ignored my reservation and charged me for a new room, which was later canceled after I complained.

Room size is reasonable for this price range, there’s no towel in the bathroom, don’t know whether they forgotten to place towel or you have to ask them for it, and I only found out that in midnight when reception was off duty, couldn’t have a shower.

Location is great and convenient, water pressure for shower is superb but the downside is the toilet doesn’t dry up over time & not suitable for light sleeper because you can hear other people’s door closing
